Welcome to Grizzly Bear Healing Tipi Village.
You are entering a place of respect, renewal, and cultural integrity on the ancestral lands of the Syilx Okanagan. We ask all visitors to walk gently, speak with intention, and honor the living presence of the land, its history, and the people who have cared for it since time immemorial. Here, we treat the tipi, the fire, the waters, and the pathways as sacred spaces where healing and connection can take place. We invite you to listen deeply, participate with humility, and carry the spirit of this place with you long after you leave. May your time here strengthen your heart, your mind, your wellness, and your relationship with the creators land.
Grizzly Bear Healing Tipis Village was born from the ancient identity of this land—Kelowna, the place of the Grizzly Bear—where strength, renewal, and cultural memory have lived for thousands of years. This village rises from that spirit. Built as a living sanctuary of wellness, cultural exchange, and connection with nature, it welcomes all peoples from around the world to gather, share knowledge, and experience the healing power of the Okanagan Valley.
Each tipi stands as a symbol of resilience and unity, offering visitors a return to the simplicity, clarity, and balance our ancestors understood. Grizzly Bear Healing Tipi’s Village is more than accommodations—it is a cultural sanctuary bridge, a healing refuge, and a starting point for a new generation of Indigenous-led health, wellness, and community-building across Turtle Island and beyond.
